Methodology
A person opens a seller's public page and types the price by hand. The build does not read provider sites, and it does not copy provider text, screenshots, logos, or images. Every published price comes from a verified row in the monthly price sheet. The sentence is ours: the seller, the product, the amount, a fee when one was stated, and the date. Until that row exists, the cell says Price check pending. A verified price hides when as_of is missing, or when it is more than 30 days before the build date. Superpower, Mito Health, Labcorp OnDemand, Quest Health, Ulta Lab Tests, Request A Test, Walk-In Lab, Everlywell, Jason Health, and SiPhox link to their official pages. The link is marked link-out and is not an affiliate link. Function Health, LetsGetChecked, and InsideTracker are named in text only. BodySpec, DexaFit, Prenuvo, Ezra (Function), and SimonMed are named without a link until their terms are reviewed. The build does not fetch seller pages.
All-in price
For a verified row, all-in equals:
test price + draw fee, if the draw is not already included + physician or order fee + prorated membership, only when the seller publishes how many tests that membership covers in a year.
All-in for a scan on this site is the facility fee, plus the radiologist read fee, plus any contrast fee, plus any booking fee the facility publishes.
If verified is false, or the sheet has no row, the page says "Price check pending." A fee that is not classified is named in the sentence and is not added into all-in, so all-in stays "Price check pending." A physician fee charged once per order is added once into that test's all-in. It is not added again for a second test in the same order, and it is not copied onto a test whose page did not show it. No extra fee seen means all-in equals the price in the sentence. Fees not stated leave all-in at Price check pending. A sale price is the amount in the sentence, with the words "sale price, may end anytime," and the list price beside it. A separate discount banner is a note. It is not subtracted. A row is not shown as a price until verified is true.
Version 1 does not prorate a membership onto a single biomarker. The membership page shows the dated fee. All-in for that membership stays Price check pending when draw or physician fees are not stated. A member scan price stays in its own column. It is not added to the membership fee, and it is not used as the all-in when a public list price was also on the page.
A physician fee is recorded only from the product page a person opened. A fee on one Quest page is not copied onto a Quest test whose page was not opened.
Dates
Each verified offer stores as_of. The price history file gets one line for that check. If as_of is missing, or it is more than 30 days before the build date, the template hides the price. The cell goes back to Price check pending. A seller with a link-out policy keeps the plain link. npm run stale-prices lists verified sheet rows and offers that are due for a re-check. Every published price is one sentence: the seller, the product, the amount, any stated fee, and the date.
What is not in the number
Coupons appear only when a code was read. State rows appear only when a page named that state. A biomarker count is stored only after an independent count. Seller marketing counts are not copied. See provider for current details. A seller with link_policy pending or no_link is named in text only. No outbound link and no /go/ entry is written. Function Health and InsideTracker are no_link. LetsGetChecked is no_link while an owner decision on linking is still open. Everlywell, Walk-In Lab, Request A Test, SiPhox, Mito Health, Labcorp OnDemand, Quest, Ulta Lab Tests, and Superpower are linkout: a plain link to the official page, not an affiliate link. Labcorp's price_display is normal, so a verified row prints and the link stays. Jason Health is linkout. The link text is "Jason Health website." This site does not use that seller's logo and does not show a price. Mito Health does not show a price either. A seller with price_policy blocked never renders a price, even when a verified sheet row exists. Every other seller uses price_policy manual_verified_only. Superpower is link-out only. No Superpower price is on the site, and this page does not state what a membership includes. Tier 1 sellers appear in the comparison tables. Tier 2 sellers stay pending, are stored, and are left out of those tables. A price for a seller that is not blocked still requires a verified sheet row. The Oct 18, 2026 sheet rows stay visible through Nov 17, 2026 and hide after that.
