CBC, CMP and Lipid Panel Cost: Self-Pay Prices, All-In

Lab & Scan desk · Current as of Oct 18, 2026. No medical reviewer.

Prices and logistics only. This page isn't medical advice. Ask your clinician about whether a test is right for you.

CBC, CMP, and lipid panel self-pay prices are not recorded as of Oct 18, 2026. All-in means the panel price plus any draw fee and physician fee the seller states. Those fees are not stated. A membership fee is a different purchase from one panel. Self-order rules differ by state.

Self-pay prices, all-in

No monthly price-sheet row is on file, so this page does not name a lowest all-in cost. A price shows only as a short dated fact from a verified row. Seller links on this page go to official pages and are marked link-out. They are plain links, not paid or affiliate links, and Lab & Scan earns nothing from them. How we check prices.

Lipid panel price

What it measures: A lipid panel, also called a cholesterol test or lipid profile, is a blood test that measures the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides (a type of fat) in the blood.

What's in it: Includes LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, and triglycerides.

Some lab reports show an estimated VLDL value calculated from triglycerides. LDL on a lab report may be 'calculated' (estimated from total cholesterol, HDL and triglycerides) or measured directly.

Buying the three together

A bundle price is not recorded. Adding the three pending rows does not produce a total. A membership fee is not a substitute for these panel prices.

Why the numbers differ when they exist

Sellers can publish a test price that leaves out a draw fee or a physician fee. Until both are stated, the all-in cell stays Price check pending. That is a pricing difference, not a comment on the lab.

State availability

Self-ordered draws are limited in some states, and an order may use a different lab network. Those specifics are not recorded here. A state availability matrix is planned.

FAQ

How much is a CBC with no insurance?

A CBC all-in range is not recorded as of Oct 18, 2026. No seller is marked lowest. Some advertised prices leave out a draw fee; when that fee is not stated, this page keeps all-in at Price check pending.

How much does Labcorp charge for a lipid test?

The Labcorp OnDemand lipid panel price is not recorded. Draw and physician fees are not stated. Quest's price is also not recorded. See Labcorp vs Quest.

What's included in a CBC when you buy it online?

A complete blood count (CBC) is a group of blood tests that measures the number and size of the different cells in the blood. Includes red blood cells, white blood cells (total count), platelets, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and mean corpuscular volume (MCV). A CBC with differential also measures the number of each of the five major types of white blood cells. Seller lists that name a differential or platelets, and any price difference for those, are not recorded. This page does not call a CBC a 14-test panel.

Can I take a lipid test at home?

An at-home lipid kit or a mobile-draw price is not recorded for the sellers on this page as of Oct 18, 2026.

Are lipid panels covered by insurance?

This page tracks self-pay prices only. Coverage depends on the plan. Check with your insurer. No plan-specific amounts are stated here.

Can I get bloodwork without insurance?

Self-pay orders are a different purchase from insurance billing. You order with the seller, go to the draw site they name, and read results in their portal. Fees and state limits on this page are not recorded as of Oct 18, 2026. Ask your clinician about whether a test is right for you.

How we checked these prices

All-in means the published price plus a draw fee and a physician or order fee when the seller states them. A fee that is not stated is not added, and that all-in cell stays Price check pending. A membership fee is not divided by a biomarker count. How we check prices.

A person checks seller pages by hand in a normal browser. We do not read provider sites automatically, and we do not copy their text, screenshots, logos, or images. A price is a short dated fact, and it appears only when a verified row in the manual price sheet is 30 days old or newer. Until then the cell says Price check pending. Superpower, Quest, Labcorp OnDemand, Ulta Lab Tests, Everlywell, Walk-In Lab, Request A Test, SiPhox, and Mito Health link to their official pages. Those links are not affiliate links. Jason Health links as "Jason Health website," with no logo and no price. Function Health and InsideTracker are named in text only. LetsGetChecked is named in text only while a linking decision is pending. We list sellers we do not earn from, including Mito Health, in the same tables.
