A checklist for comparing cash imaging offers by exam name, what the visit includes, and the date checked. No amounts and no ranking.
Use the same exam
Match the exam name before you compare a price. A body-composition DEXA and a bone-density exam are different products. A whole-body MRI page is not every MRI. A coronary calcium page is one CT product, not every CT.
The imaging explainers describe the visit in logistics terms. They do not list a price.
Read what the visit includes
Ask the offer whether contrast, a physician order, a facility fee, or a follow-up read is included, extra, or unstated. An unstated fee stays unstated on this site.
Preparation rules differ by exam. Use the instructions on the order, and the explainer's prep section, which cites RadiologyInfo.
Where the prices live
This page has no amounts. The scan directory lists the cash pages that exist. Several exams in the explainers do not have a price page yet.
